- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 24 de enero de 2003, proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, que a su vez confirmó la sentencia del 29 de noviembre de 2002, proferida por el Juez
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de esa misma ciudad, por la cual se negó la tutela solicitada por la accionante.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
