- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 10 de febrero de 1992, proferida por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Popayán, por la cual se concedió la tutela solicitada.
- SEGUNDO. ADICIONAR la mencionada sentencia en el sentido de tutelar transitoriamente, hasta el pronunciamiento definitivo de la Justicia Contencioso Administrativa, los derechos fundamentales al libre desarrollo de la personalidad y a la libertad de escoger profesión u oficio del señor JAIME FELIPE FAJARDO.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Popayán, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
