- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá el día 14 de diciembre de 1.992, mediante la cual se decidió sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por GUILLERMO CARDENAS NEIRA.
- SEGUNDO. PREVENIR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social para que en lo sucesivo procure evitar que se repitan las demoras en la solución de las peticiones que se le formulen.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE la comunicación al mencionado Juzgado, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
