- PRIMERO. Revocar la decisión tomada por el Juez
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá.
- SEGUNDO. Concédese la tutela impetrada por el señor Abelardo Romero Suárez, en el sentido de ordenar que, en un término de cuarenta y ocho horas, el Fondo de Prestaciones del Magisterio concluya el trámite interno enderezado a pagar y hacer efectiva la pensión de invalidez a la que tiene derecho.
- TERCERO. Envíese copias a la Procuraduría para lo de su competencia.
