- primero. de la sentencia de agosto 19 de 1997, proferida por el Juzgado 11 Penal Municipal de Cali. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la seguridad social en conexidad con los derechos a la vida digna, a la salud y al trabajo del señor Jaime Paz Benavides y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales -Seccional Valle del Cauca- que, en un término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, revoque el acto administrativo que negó el derecho a la pensión de invalidez y se le reconozca tal prestación.
