- PRIMERO. Revocar la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del 6 de Julio de 1994, por las razones expuestas en la presente providencia y, en consecuencia, tutelar el derecho al mínimo vital de la peticionaria y ordenar que el empleador continúe efectuando el pago del servicio médico general hasta tanto el juez competente resuelva el problema laboral de fondo.
