PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Consejo de Estado, Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Seccion Cuarta, de fecha 25 de septiembre de 1995.
SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos invocados por el senor NELSON TEJEDA MIRANDA, y por consiguiente ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales -Seccional Magdalena- que en un plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, proceda a restablecer en su derecho a continuar disfrutando de la pension de invalidez que le fue reconocida mediante la resolucion No. 03125 del 23 de julio de 1990, con el consiguiente pago dentro de los 30 dias siguientes, de las mesadas pensionales dejadas de percibir, siempre que a la fecha de la respectiva notificacion, este no se hubiese efectuado.
TERCERO. El reconocimiento de la pension en referencia conservara su vigencia mientras no sea revisada legalmente mediante el cumplimiento de los procedimientos respectivos establecidos por la ley.
CUARTO. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
