- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR las Sentencias proferidas el 28 de junio de 1996, por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota D.C. y el 1deg de agosto de 1996, por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota D.C., negando la tutela solicitada por el senor Julio Cesar Rincon Rodriguez, pero por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales para que continue prestando el servicio medico que la condicion de salud del senor Julio Cesar Rincon Rodriguez requiera, e inicie los tramites pertinentes para obtener del senor Jair Diaz Herrera, el pago de los aportes adeudados
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
- Segundo. (2deg) Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota D.C., en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
