- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Consejo de Estado, con fecha julio 18 de 1997.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR. La sentencia del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca de fecha veintisiete de junio de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997) que tuteló como mecanismo transitorio los derechos a la vida y a la seguridad social del señor ALEJANDRO LABRADOR TRUJILLO. Como consecuencia de la protección otorgada, la Caja de Previsión Social suspenderá la orden de no pago de la pensión de invalidez de que disfruta el actor, por el tiempo que implique la nueva valoración médica que debe adelantar Previmedic. En igual sentido, cancelará al interesado el valor de las mesadas que se hayan causado desde cuando se impartió la orden de no pago de la misma.
- Tercero. SÚRTASE el trámite previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
