CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 10 de mayo de 2001, por la cual se revocó la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá el seis de abril de 2001, dentro del trámite de la tutela instaurada por la señora Alba Leonor Bedoya de Gómez contra la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional.
- SEGUNDO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
