- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de la Juez Novena Laboral del Circuito de Bogota, del dia 29 de abril de 1998, mediante la cual se declaro la improcedencia de la solicitud de tutela presentada por Maria del Carmen Gutierrez Calentura, y, en su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales que dentro de un termino de treinta (30) dias calendario a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, realice un nuevo estudio sobre la peticion de sustitucion pensional de la actora.
