- PRIMERO. Confirmar en todas sus partes, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo de Familia de Valledupar el catorce (14) de
- abril de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994).
- SEGUNDO. Adicionar la sentencia de dicho juzgado en el sentido de que la tutela a que se refiere el punto anterior, queda condicionada a circunstancia de que la sociedad peticionaria de la tutela hubiera hecho uso de la correspondiente accion contencioso administrativa dentro del plazo legal contado a partir de la notificacion de la resolucion No. 0492 del 10 de marzo de 1994, y que la medida de tutela estara vigente mientras se falle el correspondiente proceso.
- TERCERO. Librar por Secretaria General las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
