- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 5 de septiembre de 2001, por el Juzgado Cincuenta Civil Municipal de Bogotá, por considerar violados los derechos fundamentales al acceso a la seguridad social de la señora Martha Magdalena Guevara Rodríguez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Dirección General de Sanidad Militar, para que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, expida a la señora Martha Magdalena Guevara Rodríguez, el carné que la acredita como beneficiaria del señor Luis Martín Scarpetta Cepeda, y como usuaria de los servicios médicos ofrecidos por esa entidad, sin que ello traiga como consecuencia restricciones en los servicios médicos que requiera la accionante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
