- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Civil Familia Laboral del Tribunal Superior de San Gil el 17 de septiembre de 2001.
- Segundo. Tutelar el derecho fundamental a la seguridad social en salud, en conexidad con el derecho a la vida, de Marcoslino Prada y Maria del Rosario Gomez. En consecuencia, ordenar a SaludCoop Ltda., Seccional San Gil, que dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, certifique y remita a Coopsan ESS el tiempo de afiliacion de Marleny Prada Gomez.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
