- Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Acacías, departamento del Meta, de fecha once (11) de abril de dos mil tres (2003), en la acción de tutela presentada por Fabio Reyes Rodríguez contra el Concejo Municipal de Acacías. Esta tutela se concede como mecanismo transitorio, para proteger los derechos fundamentales al debido proceso, a ser elegido y a acceder al desempeño de funciones públicas.
