- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, el 9 de marzo de 1998, mediante la cual se nego la tutela impetrada.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales el restablecimiento del derecho a la sustitucion pensional de que venia disfrutando la actora, y el pago de las mesadas pensionales dejadas de devengar desde el momento en que le fue suspendido el referido derecho, con la correspondiente correccion monetaria.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
