- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias de mayo 21 y julio 7 de 1998, proferidas por el Juzgado 12 Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota, D.C., y por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogota, D.C., respectivamente, salvo en lo relativo a la imposicion de una multa por un monto de diez salarios minimos legales mensuales derivada de un supuesto ejercicio temerario de la accion de tutela, la cual se revoca.
- Segundo. LIBRESE comunicacion al Juzgado 12 Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota, D.C., con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
