- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el
- primero. de julio de 1999 por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogota y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho al debido proceso de Maria Elena Del Socorro Garcia Ortiz, William Alfredo Martinez, Gerardo Garcia Ramos, Victor Julio Morantes Vargas, Alvaro Ordonez Lopez, Consuelo Marin Chica, Miguel Vargas Cantor, Luis Felipe Carrillo Lizarazo, Luis Fuentes Parra, Hector Alonso Rodriguez Herrera y Helbert Gustavo Calderon.
- Segundo. En virtud de lo dispuesto en el numeral anterior, ORDENASE a Febor Entidad Cooperativa "COOPFEBOR" que en las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, proceda a realizar la totalidad de los tramites conducentes a reintegrar a los actores a los cargos que venian desempenando al momento de ser despedidos o, de no ser posible lo anterior, a otros de iguales o mejores condiciones.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
