- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Marta, Sala de Decision Penal, que concedio, como mecanismo transitorio, la tutela impetrada por Uldis Arelis Perez Maestre, con la modificacion de que unicamente se tutelan los derechos al debido proceso, a ser elegida, y a acceder al desempeno de funciones publicas.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
