- Primero. ESTESE a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-007 de 1998, en relación con la expresión "a cualquier cargo de elección popular", contenida en el numeral 7º del artículo 5º de la Ley 177 de 1994, la cual fue declarada exequible por el fallo referido.
- Segundo. ESTESE a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-194 de 1995, en relación con el numeral 7º del artículo 96 de la Ley 136 de 1994, el cual se encontró exequible, excepto las expresiones "así medie renuncia previa de su empleo", que fueron declaradas inexequibles, en aquella providencia.
- Tercero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión "ley en lo que corresponda a su investidura", contenida en el artículo 175 de la Ley 136 de 1994.
