- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional de la Republica de Colombia,
- RESUELVE:
- DECLARAR CONSTITUCIONAL el articulo 6o del Decreto 119 de 1991, "por el cual se fijan las escalas de remuneracion de los empleados del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje -SENA-, y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia salarial", en el aparte que dice: "la naturaleza de los asuntos que le sean confiados."
