- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE el articulo 2deg del proyecto de ley "Por el cual se establecen estimulos para los sufragantes", por ser infundadas las objeciones presidenciales.
- Segundo. DECLARARSE INHIBIDA para emitir pronunciamiento sobre los demas articulos que conforman tal proyecto de ley, por no existir objecion presidencial al respecto.
- Tercero. DESE aplicacion a lo previsto en el articulo 167 de la Constitucion.
