  1. PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juez
  2. Noveno. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota y, en su lugar, conceder la tutela solicitada por Juan de Jesus Jimenez y, en consecuencia ORDENAR a la cooperativa de trabajadores Coopfebor que suspenda la conducta discriminatoria frente al peticionario, relativa al otorgamiento de tiempo suplementario.
  3. SEGUNDO. LIBRESE comunicacion al Juzgado
  4. Noveno. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
  5. TERCERO. ORDENAR al Juez
  6. Noveno. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota que vigile el cumplimiento de la presente providencia e imponga las sanciones correspondientes, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los articulos 52 y 53 del decreto 2591 de 1991, en el evento de que persista la practica discriminatoria a que alude esta sentencia, para lo cual recibira las quejas que a este respecto se presenten y comprobara los hechos que las sustenten.
