- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Trigésimo
- Primero. Penal Municipal el 7 de mayo de 1996, por el cual se negó la tutela impetrada por EGIDIO ANTONIO ORTIZ JARAMILLO.
- Segundo. CONCEDESE la protección solicitada y, en consecuencia, ORDENASE al Gerente de la "Cooperativa de Seguridad y Servicio Comunitario COOSERCOM" que, dentro del término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, cancele a EGIDIO ANTONIO ORTIZ JARAMILLO o a quien él expresamente autorice las cantidades que le adeuda por concepto de salarios y prestaciones sociales, sin ninguna condición ni paz y salvo previo, junto con los intereses de mora sobre tales cifras, liquidados al doble del interés bancario corriente.
- Tercero. Bajo el apremio de las sanciones previstas en el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, se responsabiliza al Gerente de la Cooperativa, JAMES URREGO, por el cabal, exacto e inmediato cumplimiento de lo que aquí se dispone.
- Cuarto. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- La Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional adoptará las medidas necesarias para que, por conducto del INPEC, se haga entrega de copia de este fallo al detenido EGIDIO ANTONIO ORTIZ JARAMILLO.
