- Primero. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia del día siete (7) de noviembre de dos mil tres (2003), proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Tres Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, que negó la tutela presentada por la señora Ana Delia Roncancio de Caicedo.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental de petición y en consecuencia, ordenar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales Seccional Cundinamarca, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, resuelva sobre el recurso de reposición interpuesto por la demandante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
