- PRIMERO. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto como consecuencia de la respuesta dada por la Universidad Nacional de Colombia durante el tramite de la demanda, en la cual se pronuncia sustancialmente sobre el objeto del derecho de peticion de la parte actora, razon por la cual no se impartira orden alguna.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, la sentencia del 30 de Octubre de 2008, proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Administrativo del Circuito de Valledupar, en la tutela promovida por la ciudadana FARIDE VILLAMIZAR ARIZA contra la Universidad Nacional, el Vicefiscal General de la Nacion y el Presidente de la Comision Nacional de Carrera de la Fiscalia.
- TERCERO. LIBRAR por Secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
