- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del cinco (5) de agosto de 2004 proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. (1º) Civil del Circuito de la ciudad de Barranquilla y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la vida digna, la salud en conexidad con la vida y la integridad personal, dentro de la acción instaurada por la señora Abigail Castellano de Salazar contra la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social CAJANAL S.A. E.P.S..
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social CAJANAL S.A. E.P.S., que en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, suministre a la señora Abigail Castellanos de Salazar el medicamento Cosopt, de acuerdo con lo prescrito por su médico tratante.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por secretaría la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
