- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del ocho (8) de septiembre de2003, proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de la ciudad de Popayán y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la vida digna y a la salud dentro de la acción instaurada por la señora Astrid Carolina Mondragón Ortíz contra el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales Seccional Cauca.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales Seccional Cauca, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia realice a la señora Astrid Carolina Mondragón Ortíz la resonancia magnética de fémur y rodilla izquierdos prescrita por su médico tratante.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por secretaría la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
