- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del veinticinco (25) de septiembre de 2003, proferida por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Penal del Circuito de Bucaramanga, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Isbelia García de Cadena contra la E.P.S del Seguro Social, Seccional Santander, y en su lugar se debería conceder la tutela solicitada; sin embargo, como el fin perseguido se consiguió, lo ajustado a derecho es DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto, por existir un hecho superado.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
