- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 4 Penal del Circuito de Manizales el 3 de junio de 1999 y, en su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho a la salud de Luz Marina Zambrano Trujillo en conexión con su derecho fundamental a una vida digna.
- Segundo. INAPLICAR el literal b) del artículo 58 del decreto 806 de 1998 para este caso concreto y, en consecuencia, ordenar a la empresa promotora de salud - Salud Total que, en el término de las 24 horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, autorice la continuación del tratamiento requerido por la demandante para la recuperación de su salud, pero limitado a cuanto se relacione con la extracción de las cordales a que fue sometida el 27 de febrero de 1999, hasta su terminación.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
