- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida en el presente asunto por el Juzgado Diecinueve Penal del Circuito de Cali el Veintinueve (29) de agosto de dos mil (2000).
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por EDUARDO LEGARDA BAZANTE contra el Seguro Social, Seccional Valle, por vulneración del derecho de petición y ORDENAR a esta entidad resolver de fondo e íntegramente sobre la solicitud de revocatoria directa de la Resolución 2736 del 10 de mayo de 1999, presentada por el demandante, en un término que no podrá exceder las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo.
- Tercero. LIBRESE por la Secretaría, la comunicación prevista el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
