- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juzgado 15 Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, proferida el 27 de junio de 1.997, solamente, en cuanto concedio la tutela instaurada por la senora Ana Victoria Garcia de Bernal, a traves del Plan Obligatorio de Salud (P.O.S.), respecto de los derechos a la salud, integridad personal y vida, asi como los relativos a la seguridad social, minimo vital, proteccion y asistencia de las personas de la tercera edad, por lo cual Salud COLMENA - ENTIDAD PROMOTORA DE SALUD debe otorgarle los tratamientos y los servicios medico-asistenciales requeridos por la accionante para su recuperacion.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por Secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
