HACER un llamado a las directivas del centro de reclusión de Cómbita para que continúe brindado de manera adecuada y oportuna al señor Jhonatan Stiven Duarte (Alfredo Júnior Pacavita) la atención médica y el tratamiento asistencial que demanda su estado de salud y al INPEC para que, si las condiciones físicas del interno lo demandan y así lo ordenan los médicos tratantes, se autorice su traslado a otro centro de reclusión.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General de la Corte, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
