Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juez
Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Sogamoso, y en su lugar CONCEDER el amparo de los derechos a la salud en conexidad con la vida digna del señor Manuel Fernando Mendivelso Alape.
En consecuencia, ORDENAR al Director de la Cárcel del Circuito Judicial de Sogamoso que, dentro del término de cinco (5) días contados a partir de la notificación de este fallo, inicie los trámites administrativos tendientes a obtener recursos necesarios para la realización de la cirugía requerida por el peticionario, con el fin de que en los cinco (5) días siguientes se lleve a cabo la misma, siempre y cuando las condiciones médicas del paciente lo permiten.
Segundo. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
