- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Diecisiete Penal del Circuito de Cali el quince de julio de 2003, por la cual fue negada la tutela solicitada por Gloria Piedad Orozco Bedoya en representación de su menor hija Juliana Restrepo Orozco contra Coomeva EPS.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
