- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, y en su lugar tutelar los derechos fundamentales a la salud y a la seguridad social de la menor JULY ANDREA VALENCIA ALZATE.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a COMFENALCO A.R.S., con sede en Medellín, que si aún no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, autorice la realización de los dos exámenes con carácter de diagnóstico, que los médicos tratantes recomendaron a la menor JULY ANDREA VALENCIA.
- Tercero. Señalar que a COMFENALCO A.R.S. le asiste el derecho de reclamar ante el Fosyga por los gastos en los que incurra en la realización de los exámenes señalados.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
