Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida el 29 de mayo de 2001 por el Juzgado
Sexto. de Familia y revocar la sentencia proferida el 11 de julio de 2001 por la Sala Primera de Decisión de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Medellín.
Segundo. Tutelar los derechos a la vida, a la integridad corporal y a la salud del niño Samir Alexander Díaz Aristizábal.
Tercero. Ordenar a la Dirección Seccional de Salud de Antioquia que, en el término de 24 horas, contabilizados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, determine la entidad estatal de salud en la que se realizará la cirugía de hernotomía inguinal bilateral al niño Samir Alexander Díaz Aristizábal y facilitar su incorporación al régimen subsidiado de seguridad social en salud. Determinada la entidad estatal de salud a que se ha hecho referencia, de manera inmediata, se programará y luego se realizará la cirugía ordenada.
Cuarto. Dése cumplimiento al artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
