- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias revisadas por los motivos expuestos en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, y atender la proteccion que se dara en este caso a la demandante, ordenando a la Secretaria Municipal de Salud Publica de Cali, que facilite a la actora el ingreso al Sistema de Identificacion de Beneficios - SISBEN- con el fin de que se le permita el acceso al regimen subsidiado de seguridad social.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese de inmediato la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
