- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 2 de mayo de 2001 por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal Municipal de Armenia, y en su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la vida y a la salud del senor Jose Liberto Velasquez Perez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. de Caldas S.A. que en el termino de 48 horas, una vez notificado el fallo, suministre al senor Jose Liberto Velasquez Perez los medicamentos Eritropoyetina y Amlodipino en las dosis indicadas por el medico tratante.
- Tercero. LIBRESE, por Secretaria, la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
