- Tercero. CONFIRMAR el fallo del 17 de julio de 2003 proferido por la Sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal del Distrito Judicial de Tunja que a su vez confirmo el fallo del 11 de junio de 2003 proferido por el Juzgado
