- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia pronunciada dentro del presente asunto por el Tribunal Administrativo del Atlantico, el 14 de noviembre de 1997, que denego la accion de tutela iniciada por Deysi Maria Nunez Perez contra la Universidad del Atlantico, pero declarar que cesa la accion por carencia actual de objeto, ya que se trata de un hecho consumado.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a la Universidad del Atlantico, de acuerdo con el articulo 24 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de incurrir en omisiones similares a las que dieron origen a la presente accion de tutela.
