- Primero. REVOCAR en todas sus partes los fallos materia de revisión.
- En su lugar, CONCEDESE la tutela del derecho a la igualdad invocado por Ornan Roldán Oquendo y, en consecuencia, se ORDENA al Consejo Superior Universitario de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas que, en un término no superior a las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta Sentencia, reajuste la pensión de jubilación del peticionario, de conformidad con la ley y el principio de igualdad.
- Segundo. Súrtase el trámite previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
