Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 28 de enero de 2003 por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Monteria y en su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo invocado. En consecuencia, ORDENAR al Alcalde del Municipio de Monteria, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, proceda, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo, cancele la totalidad de las mesadas adeudadas al senor ANTONIO JOSE GARRIDO ANILLO.
Si no hubiere partida presupuestal disponible, las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas se conceden para que se inicien los tramites tendientes a la obtencion de los recursos economicos que le permitan cumplir en su totalidad con el pago de la obligacion pendiente con el tutelante, para lo cual dispondra de un plazo maximo de dos (2) meses.
Segundo. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli previstos.
