- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Montería y en su lugar tutelar los derechos al trabajo y al mínimo vital de la señora Yolanda Esther Aguilera Arroyo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gobernador de Córdoba, que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de ésta providencia, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, cancele las mesadas debidas a la demandante. En caso de que no exista la respectiva partida, deberá realizar las operaciones presupuestales necesarias para garantizar el pago de lo aquí ordenado, en un término que no exceda de tres meses.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
