Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Titiribí -Antioquia-, del veintiséis (26) de febrero de 1998, dictada dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Elizabeth del Socorro Herrera Zuluaga contra el Municipio de Amagá -Antioquia-. En su lugar, CONCÉDASE el amparo solicitado, en los términos expresados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE al Municipio de Amagá -Antioquia-, que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho horas (48) siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, inicie los trámites y gestiones necesarios, si es que ya no lo hubiere hecho, para obtener las partidas presupuestales indispensables, que le permitan pagar lo que adeuda a la actora por razón de salarios y prestaciones atrasadas. Igualmente, que garanticen el pago oportuno de los salarios que ésta devengue a partir de la notificación de este fallo.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
