- Primero. SE REVOCA el fallo proferido en el asunto de la referencia por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Cauca el 16 de septiembre de 1999.
- Segundo. SE CONCEDE la tutela solicitada y, por tanto, se deja sin valor ni efecto el acto por el cual fue suspendido o interrumpido el pago de la pensión sustitutiva a la que tenía derecho Juan Pablo Vivas Rosero.
- Tercero. El Seguro Social, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, reanudará la cancelación de la suma, reajustada según las normas vigentes, que debe recibir el actor hasta la edad de 25 años, siempre que siga estudiando. Y le pagará, indexadas, las cantidades que le dejó de cancelar desde el momento en que los pagos fueron interrumpidos.
- Cuarto. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
