- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena el diecinueve (19) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998). CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la vida, la dignidad y la seguridad social de la señora Emma Cortés Vda. de Benedetti.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Fondo Ganadero de Bolívar S.A., que en el término de los ocho (8) días siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a reanudar el pago de las mesadas a la actora, siempre y cuando el flujo de caja lo permita. Si este fuere insuficiente, dispondrá del término ya señalado para iniciar las gestiones tendientes a obtener los recursos necesarios para el pago efectivo y completo de lo ordenado.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
