Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cali, en los expedientes T-195987, T-198868 y T-200587 .
Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos a la vida y a la seguridad social de las señoras Carmelina Rodríguez , Susana Barbosa Ardila y Neyde Castillo de Vergara. En consecuencia, se ordena al Gerente General del Hospital San Vicente de Paul en Palmira (Valle) que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, adopte las medidas dirigidas a pagar a las actoras lo relativo al mínimo vital de sus pensiones.
Tercero. El Hospital demandado deberá dentro de los cuatro meses siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, agotar todas las gestiones administrativas y presupuestales pertinentes para que, en adelante, no vuelva a retrasar el pago de las mesadas a sus pensionados.
