- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Palmira, del 8 de octubre de 1998.
- Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos a la vida y a la seguridad social de la señora María Oveth Agudelo Aguilar. En consecuencia, se ordena al Gerente General del Hospital San Vicente de Paul en Palmira (Valle) que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, pague a la actora lo relativo al mínimo vital de su pensión.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al juzgador de instancia para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
