- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, el 4 de noviembre de 1998 y en su lugar, CONCEDER las acciones de tutela impetradas por Esther Julia Vergara Lozano y Otilia Saldarriaga Ordoñez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Director del Hospital San Vicente de Paul de Palmira, que si aun no lo ha hecho, reanude en el término de cinco (5) días, contados a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, el pago de las mesadas pensionales correspondientes a las señoras Esther Julia Vergara Lozano y Otilia Saldarriaga Ordoñez.
- Tercero. INFORMAR a las demandantes, que respecto de las mesadas pensionales que se les adeudan, su reclamación deberá adelantarse ante la jurisdicción ordinaria, a través del procedimiento legalmente establecido.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artìculo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos pertinentes.
